Olga Fleming, Chief Executive Officer of MMC, part of Omnicom PR Group (OPRG), the largest global network of communications and consulting agencies in the world, has joined The LAGRANT Foundation’s (TLF) Board of Directors. Earlier this year, Fleming served on the host committee for TLF’s 27th Anniversary Scholarship Program and led a career development workshop with MMC in May for the traditional scholarship recipients in New York.
“I am excited to welcome Olga to TLF’s Board of Directors,” said Kim L. Hunter, TLF Chairman and CEO. “Olga has been a longtime supporter of the foundation’s mission, and I look forward to deepening the partnership. Hosting a career development workshop for students is one thing, hiring them is another. Olga not only hired a 2025 scholarship recipient for a summer role but also extended the offer through December 2025. That’s real commitment—hiring and retaining TLF talent!”
Fleming joined MMC in 2021 as the agency’s first President of Healthcare and Corporate businesses, quickly making her mark with a strategic focus on growth and innovation. In 2022, she was elevated to Global President, taking on oversight of employee engagement, client service, and business development. By 2023, she was appointed CEO of both MMC and RXMOSAIC, leading the agencies through a period of transformational expansion. Under her leadership, MMC has secured multiple Fortune 500 clients, launched the “U Matter” employee platform to champion a human-first workplace culture, and earned numerous industry accolades, including campaign and agency honors and recognition as a 2025 Top Workplace for Midsize Businesses by amNewYork. Fleming’s impact on the industry has also been widely recognized -she was inducted into the PRWeek Hall of Femme in 2019, and in 2025 was named Outstanding Agency Professional at the PRWeek Awards.
“I am honored to join the TLF Board of Directors and work alongside fellow industry leaders to help drive meaningful impact,” said Fleming. “I deeply believe in the Foundation’s mission and look forward to helping expand its reach to even more students and emerging professionals.”
Prior to MMC, Fleming spent nearly a decade in leadership roles at WPP agencies, most recently serving as CEO of Goodfuse, a boutique communications firm under the BCW umbrella. At just 27, she founded her first PR agency, which was later acquired by Shandwick. Fleming earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and international relations from American University in Washington, D.C., and remains an active industry contributor as a ColorComm mentor, PRWeek Awards judge, and member of the Diversity Action Alliance.
